Description

Learning Objectives: The Department of Labour prescribes that the learner should have the following knowledge and practical skills at the end of the course:

  • Recognise life-threatening situations
  • Offer vital assistance before more experienced help arrives
  • Provide single-person CPR on an adult, child and baby
  • Perform as a workplace first aid person, as described in the guidance notes published by the Department of Labour

Duration: 3 Days

Entry Requirements: First Aid Level 1

Additional Requirements: None

Accreditation: Department of Labour Partner Accreditation. Certificate should be renewed every 3 years.
